Product Movement

This warehouse management software allows you to automatically track product movement throughout your entire warehouse. Create move tickets for received items, and for bin replenishment based on picking lane requirement and bulk stock merges.

The RJ move ticket entry program also allows you to scan the “from” location and “to” location for any pallet or item. The system immediately transfer the quantity to the appropriate bin upon acceptance of the move.

Picking

Warehouse Pro supports both paper-based and RF-based picking from the Order Manager program.

With this module, you can automatically generate a pick ticket that displays items based on area, zone, path, and bin sequence.

RF (radio frequency) picking can be utilized to scan the bin and item picked, and the system can verify that the correct bin, item, and quantity were picked upon scanning.

Upon scanning, you can also choose to automatically generate a bar-coded picking label to track the tote or pallet utilized for the pick.

Order Verification

Verify picked items against customer orders with Warehouse Pro’s Order Verification module. You can have the system prompt the user for any serial numbers or lot numbers that are required.

Track by box or carton, which allows you designate which items are in which box. As you end each box, have employees enter the weight, ship-via, freight charges, and tracking numbers of each box. If any orders were short-shipped, the system can prompt for backorders.

Warehouse Pro can then total all cartons and applicable freight, and print a packing list or invoice. You can also designate the freight for specific trucks, and generate a bill of lading as needed.

For EDI capability, from the software you can also generate UCC-128 labels and 856 Advance Ship Notices automatically.

Warehouse Transfers

Automatically or manually create inter-location or inter-company warehouse transfers with this warehouse management software. Automatic transfer can be suggested based on transfer lead times, usage and minimum requirements at each location.
