All D-Link cameras are bundled with D-View 2.0 camera software, creating a much more cost-effective solution than the competition, since you don’t need to pay extra for software licensing and maintenance. This camera management software provides the functionality to view and record up to 32 simultaneous camera streams, and the ability to playback streams by time or date.

Cameras can be setup to have motion-based recording, but with the software you can also schedule recordings. The D-View software stores all the camera locations and IP addresses of your cameras for easy tracking. The simple, Windows-based interface includes drag-and-drop functionality that makes your system easy to control and configure from any location that has internet or private network connectivity.

In addition to D-Link’s D-View software, D-Link IP cameras are fully-compatible with software from partners like Onssi, Milestone, Aimetis, Exacq and Video Insight.
