This product quality software module integrates with S2K’s Inventory, Purchasing, and Shop Floor Control software modules. Automate the quality control process by automatically placing items on hold that need quality control test.

Users can be directed to test that need to be perform, prompting them for values that need to be entered, and whether the item has passed or failed the quality control test. If the test is passed, the system can automatically create a C of A (Product Quality Certificate), displaying the tests performed and passed, and any specific results that need to be displayed.

This product quality software allows you to store historical quality control data in a centralized location, for easy analysis and tracking of quality control issues, and easily identify problems into your production processes.
