Suggested purchase orders is a feature that creates suggestions for materials purchase orders, based on a variety of parameters such as lead times and minimum balances. Management can then analyze and modify suggested orders as needed and convert them into manufacturing work orders and vendor purchase orders.

In addition, the MRP module of S2K Enterprise Edition integrates tightly with other modules of this software suite, and provides managers with the ability to differentiate between company- and location-specific data. Users can drill down to view data like when purchase orders and manufacturing orders are due to be completed, as well as the customer orders making up the commitments of the item.
