Enforcive/Global Security Dataflow Feature

Dataflow utilizes filters to search for altered files. Dataflow's most outstanding feature is its capability to display a journal's entry specific data, which is the field-level changed data in a record. It also works as a file viewer for journals, with changes in field values being clearly and distinctly marked. In this way, companies can get a "before" and "after" image of specific fields, or entire records, for auditing purposes, such as those required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other government mandates. How can we keep track of changes in critical data? We are familiar with OS400 journaling but this doesn’t allow us to easily track changes in critical fields.

What is needed is a set of tools which will allow you to view data changes at the level of selected fields and compare the new field value with the old value. Enforcive/Global Security Dataflow Database Integrity combines OS400 journal technology with Enforcive’s proprietary technology to provide control of field data values. The format of the record is saved in the Dataflow database and the information is used to display added, deleted or changed records broken down into their respective fields.
