Pre-Sales Systems Engineer

NASI is looking for a Pre-Sales System Engineer (SE) to overcome and remove all technical barriers in the sales process. This candidate will work with our nationwide account managers to develop new business strategies by working directly with new and existing clients. The SE role will require to act as a trusted technical adviser to the client that positions effective data center, network, or cloud solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the Sales Team discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives and systems needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team supporting both prospects and clients.
  • Work with the Implementation Team to ensure the client’s SOW is aligned with their needs.
  • Serve as a bridge to ensure that technical and process solutions meet the requirement of the prospects/clients.
  • Play a key role with clients in solution adoption.
  • Work with Product Management to define value, prioritize future roadmap, and provide recommendations that integrate with customers’ needs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 semester or equivalent experience configuring and supporting some or all of the following; switch, routers, firewalls, storage platforms, etc.
  • BA/BS including concentration in one or all of the following; Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in planning, deployment and operational support of advanced technologies and applications.
  • 1-3 years of technology consulting experience.
  • Professional experience to include customer service, task execution, problem solving, and sound judgement around crisis escalation.

Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing/Social Media Coordinator will assist the Marketing Director in updating current and new website content, plan and manage social media and public relation campaigns, develop email campaigns and create/print NASI’s online publications. Responsibilities will also include planning and managing client events, creating a wide range of different marketing materials and maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc).
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target buyers.
  • Create campaigns to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics.
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Grow our client’s subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our client’s audience.
  • Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on content and social media ROI.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • BA/BS degree or 2+ years equivalent working experience.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge.
  • A dual-minded approach: Highly creative, excellent writer but can also be process-driven, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Email Marketing and Blog software.

Sales Manager

NASI is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
