Able to support cloud-based architectures as well as more traditional IT environments, the ServerIron ADX Layer 4-7 solutions are perfect for application delivery and traffic management.
Scaling up to 70Gbps of throughput and supporting up to 3 million connections per second, these application delivery switches delivery superior HTTP performance for demanding workloads that require enterprise-class performance. All models feature low packet-switching latecy of 20 microseconds.
For applications that require low latency and high-performance, such as BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Lync Server, Oracle, SAP, Siebel, as well as core infrastructure services like DNS, RADIUS, firewalls, and caching, the Brocade ServerIron delivers uninterrupted, 20 microsecond packet-switching for low-latency performance.

The ServerIron ADX eases IPv6 transitions by enabling IPv4 networks to interoperate with IPv6 networks with NAT64 translation. This features eliminates the need to immediately perform forklife upgrades to become compatible with IPv6.
IPv4 application can also be advertised as IPv6 with the VIP (Virtual IP) service of the Server Iron ADX switches. This way, existing IPv4 servers and applications can be migrated slowly with minimal disruptions or accelerating hardware upgrade cycles.
