The 3575 Magstar Multi-Purpose Tape Library Dataserver is a great combination of multiple IBM tape subsystems, handling two to six drives. This expands data capacity to 6.8TB of memory. It is designed to support the 7GB C-XL data cartridge, features a robot with a dual-gripper, and a bar code reader is standard.

These compact, integrated tape storage libraries expand the capability of tape processing by optimizing both read- and write-intensive operations. A dual-gripper picker can provide fast cartridge exchange times between the library slots and the Magstar MP tape drives in the library.
